Zunado Sweepstakes: Eligible States & Official Rules

These Terms and Conditions govern all participation in Zunado’s free-to-play social sweepstakes platform at zunado-casino.com. By registering an account or participating in any sweepstakes promotion, you agree to these terms in full. No purchase is necessary to play or win. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law.

1. Eligibility Requirements

Zunado sweepstakes are open to legal residents of the United States (excluding prohibited states) and other eligible territories who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. Employees of Zunado, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Participants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information, including legal name, date of birth, email address, and residential address. Zunado reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify participants who provide false or misleading information. These eligible states sweepstakes rules apply to all promotional activities.

2. Account Registration

One account per person is permitted. Creating more than one account — whether using different email addresses, devices, or personal details — to accumulate additional Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins, or promotional offers is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent disqualification and forfeiture of all coin balances.

Account holders are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their login credentials. Zunado is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access caused by failure to protect your password. Suspected unauthorized account activity must be reported to Zunado support immediately.

3. Sweepstakes Rules

Zunado operates as a sweepstakes promotion under applicable US federal and state law. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The purchase of a coin package does not increase your odds of winning prizes over free AMOE entries or daily free coin mechanics.

Sweeps Coins (SC) are the sweepstakes currency used to participate in Zunado’s prize redemption system. SC are earned through free daily gameplay mechanics, VIP rewards, and the AMOE mail-in entry process. The minimum SC balance required to submit a prize redemption request is 100 Sweeps Coins.

Prize redemptions are processed subject to identity verification and eligibility confirmation. Zunado reserves the right to require identity documents before releasing any prize. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law in your jurisdiction. All redemption requests must be submitted through the account dashboard.

4. Gold Coins — No Cash Value

Gold Coins (GC) are Zunado’s free play currency. Gold Coins have no cash value, no monetary equivalent, and cannot be redeemed for prizes, exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or sold. They exist solely to provide access to gameplay across all game categories on the platform.

Gold Coins are distributed free through the welcome sign-up package (500 GC), daily login rewards, Galaxy Wheel spins, VIP Rank-Up Rewards, and optional coin package purchases. Regardless of source, all Gold Coins have no cash value and do not constitute consideration for the sweepstakes promotion.

5. Sweeps Coins and Redemption

Sweeps Coins (SC) are the sweepstakes entry currency at Zunado. They are earned through gameplay, daily Galaxy Wheel spins, VIP rewards, Galactic Clashes tournaments, and the AMOE mail-in process. Sweeps Coins cannot be directly purchased but may be granted alongside coin package purchases as a promotional allocation.

To redeem Sweeps Coins for prizes, players must submit a redemption request through the Zunado account dashboard with a minimum balance of 100 SC. Accepted redemption methods include PayPal, direct bank transfer, and gift cards where available. Processing takes 3-5 business days from submission.

First-time redemptions require identity verification including a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Sweeps Coins redemptions are only available to players in eligible jurisdictions. Redemption values and methods are subject to change; current rates are displayed in the redemption section of your account. Sweepstakes void where prohibited.

6. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

No purchase necessary to enter or win Zunado sweepstakes. Any eligible player may earn Sweeps Coins at no cost by submitting a mail-in Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) request. AMOE is a legal right under US sweepstakes law and is made available to all eligible participants.

To submit an AMOE: write your full legal name, registered email address, date of birth, and residential address on a plain unlined piece of paper. Place in a standard business envelope and mail to Zunado’s registered sweepstakes address listed in the current Terms supplement on the website. Each eligible mailing receives one standard SC allocation equivalent to the base free sign-up grant.

AMOE submissions are limited to one per outer envelope per 24-hour period. Processing takes up to 30 calendar days from date of receipt. Submissions that do not include all required information, or that are submitted in bulk or mechanically reproduced, will be disqualified. AMOE participants must hold a verified Zunado account before SC can be credited.

7. Prohibited States and Territories

Participation in Zunado’s sweepstakes promotions is void where prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law. Players located in the following US states are not eligible to participate or redeem prizes: Arizona, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, and Washington. This list of eligible states sweepstakes exclusions is subject to change as applicable laws are updated.

Players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation is lawful in their specific location before registering or playing. Zunado reserves the right to block access from any jurisdiction if required by applicable law and to add further locations to the prohibited list without prior notice.

8. Coin Packages and Purchases

Coin packages are optional purchases that provide Gold Coins and a proportional Sweeps Coins allocation. Purchases do not guarantee any specific sweepstakes outcome and do not confer any advantage in prize draws beyond the additional SC granted. Coin packages are final sale and non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer protection law.

All purchase transactions are processed securely. Billing disputes must be reported to Zunado support within 30 days of the charge. Initiating a payment chargeback without first contacting Zunado support may result in immediate account suspension pending review.

9. Promotions and Bonus Terms

Promotional allocations — including Galaxy Wheel bonuses, Birthday Coin Bonuses, Rank-Up Rewards, Stellar Promotions, and ZUNADO Drops — are subject to fair use policies and validity periods. Unless stated otherwise, promotional coins expire 30 days from the date of issuance. Expired coins are forfeited automatically.

Zunado reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotions — including multi-accounting to harvest bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or any form of automated play — will result in forfeiture of all associated coins and account suspension.

10. Fair Play and Game Rules

All game outcomes at Zunado are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Results in sweepstakes slots, scratchcards, crash games, and live social casino titles are statistically random and cannot be influenced or predicted by any play technique or external tool.

The use of automated play software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates human gameplay is strictly prohibited. Any session suspected of involving fair play violations may be voided and associated coins forfeited pending investigation. Confirmed violations result in permanent account disqualification.

11. Responsible Play

Zunado is a free-to-play social sweepstakes platform. No real money gambling takes place on this site. Gold Coins have no cash value. Nonetheless, Zunado acknowledges that any form of digital entertainment can become problematic for some individuals and provides tools to support healthy play habits.

Players may set limits on daily coin purchases and session lengths through the account settings panel. Self-exclusion from the platform is available at any time through the support center. Players concerned about their play habits are encouraged to seek free support from the National Council on Problem Gambling at ncpgambling.org.

12. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 180 consecutive days of inactivity. Zunado will send an email notification to the registered address before classifying the account as dormant. If no response is received within 14 days of notification, the account and its remaining coin balances may be suspended.

Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin balances in dormant accounts are subject to forfeiture under Zunado’s inactivity policy. Players who believe they held a redeemable SC balance at the time of dormancy closure may contact Zunado support within 90 days of the dormancy notice to request a review. Reactivating an account before the dormancy period lapses preserves your full balance.
